Academic Affairs Resource Request Form

The Academic Affairs Resource Request Form is a path for members of Academic Affairs to request additional resources that support the academic mission of the university. Requests may be submitted on behalf of a department, school, or other Academic Affairs unit.

Department-level requests are expected to have the support of the appropriate Assistant Dean and/or Dean before submission.
