PRIOR APPROVAL FOR T&E POLICY EXCEPTIONS
When available information indicates that an expense is reasonably expected to exceed a UC policy limit, approval of an exception must be requested before the reservation, contract, purchase, or other financial commitment is made.
VIEW ALLOCATION MODELS
The Budget and Financial Unit is responsible for managing the Academic Affairs operating budget which includes the allocation of recurring and one-time resources from a variety of funding sources. In addition, this unit oversees budget planning and allocation processes.
