Here are the estimated timelines for the distribution of each EVC transacted allocation models, EVC-funded programs, and faculty allocations.

Allocation Models

Undergraduate Instructional FTE	As soon as campus funding and/or calculations are approved*
Master's Growth Incentive (MGIP)	As soon as campus funding and/or calculations are approved*
GSGEI	As soon as campus funding and/or calculations are approved*
IDC (30%) Allocation	As soon as campus funding and/or calculations are approved*

*The target goal is to process the transactions in the Fall Quarter, pending final approval/review.

ASMD Teaching Course Relief	If leave is within the same fiscal year: Allocation occurs in the ledger month approval is received. If leave is the following fiscal year: Allocation occurs in the Fall Quarter of the following fiscal year.
CAP/Senate Service	Fall Quarter
Department Chair Ninths & Stipends	Fall Quarter
Endowed Chair Income (EVC managed)	Fall Quarter
Hellman Fellowship	Fall Quarter
Unit 18 Professional Developmental Awards	Fall Quarter
SGTS Mentor Incentives	Fall Quarter
Freshman & Senior Seminars	Quarterly
